Refund and Returns Policy

At Nature High Club, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality cannabis products and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Order Issues or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly assess the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.

To expedite the process, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

2. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Items were damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order was never delivered (confirmed by tracking)

Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

3. Missing Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your local courier

  • Contact us within 72 hours of the marked delivery date

  • We’ll assist you in tracking or replacing the order if it’s determined to be lost

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Some banks may take longer to reflect the refund.

6. Cancellations

We can only cancel orders that haven’t been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel.
